Single Room Drawings – $250

 

• This price is to draw up one room with dimensioned plans.

 

Blueprints – $750

 

• Includes a scaled drawing package consisting of floor plan(s), sections, and elevations. Once the plans are finished and to the homeowner’s satisfaction, they will be released to the homeowner via digital PDF packet. The homeowner then can take the plans to other contractors to receive bids.

 

Design Packet – $1500

 

• Includes scaled documents that will be dimensioned out ready to go, as well as 3D Views and Life-like renderings to square away any and all details so that there are no surprises when the time comes for building. These will also be released to the homeowner who will then be able to take the documents to get other bids.

 

This is pricing for standard size homes, each package comes with two free revisions with an additional cost after the two edits are made. An estimated cost will also be given with each packet.
